Join Us for Culture for Change 2024
at Fazeley Studios, Birmingham

On October 24, 2024, we are excited to host Culture for Change at Fazeley Studios, Birmingham – a one-day event dedicated to advancing the rights, visibility, and opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
This inspiring event is open to all who wish to support the learning disability community and contribute to meaningful conversations about inclusivity. Throughout the day, attendees will engage in dynamic workshops, hear from insightful speakers, and network with like-minded individuals, all with the shared goal of creating a more equitable and inclusive society.
The event begins at 10:00 AM and will run until 4:45 PM, packed with a variety of interactive sessions designed to both inspire and inform. Whether you’re a supporter, ally, or advocate, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference.

Lauren Russell
Lauren is a Midlands-based, freelance dance artist. She has a background in primary education, specialising in SEND, and has more recently moved into freelance dance work full-time. Since becoming disabled, Lauren has worked with Sidekick and ID Dance Co (both Leicester based) as well as undertaking paid work with Propel, StepChange Studios and Stopgap. Lauren is currently a Resident Artist with People Dancing and is keen to connect with others and share her passion for inclusion.
