Kirsty is an independent creative provocateur, bringing participatory practices to evaluation, research and visual art projects. Kirsty co-delivers on strategic evaluation as a module on a Senior Leader Arts and Culture Apprenticeship (MBA) at Wolverhampton University.

Kirsty has a proven track record in person centred programming across multi-stakeholder creative projects. Her specialism in developing creative and inclusive approaches to evaluation often sees her work in collaboration with sector peers in evaluation with small and large scale organisations.

Kirsty believes that arts and cultural organisations are drivers in positive social change. By nurturing inclusive and intersectional spaces we enable communities and professionals to realise their creative potential. Her work in supporting dance professionals to evaluate the impact of their inclusive practice in the development of mass participation experiences, over the last few years, has seen her develop a passion for supporting the sector to shout about how they are leading and innovating in their artform.
