Naomi Russell

Trustee and Non-Executive Director

Naomi is a newly qualified occupational therapist, starting her first role with the NHS in 2026. She is also an inclusive cycling instructor at Bikeworks CIC, where she specialises in the provision of adapted cycles and supports people with disabilities and long-term health conditions to achieve their cycling goals.

Prior to training as an occupational therapist, Naomi dedicated ten years of hercareer to breaking down barriers to participation in music and dance. She was a project manager for the London Symphony Orchestra, the Royal College of Musicand Turtle Key Arts, and spent two years as the company administrator for Anjali Dance Company.

Naomi is very passionate about the work of Anjali and is delighted to have theopportunity to continue her relationship with the company. She is excited by Anjali’svision for the future and is keen to support their important work addressing established inequalities within the arts sector.
