Holly Jones

Dance Artist | Main Company Tutor / Creative Enabler

Holly is a contemporary dance artist based in the West Midlands. She completed her BA Hons Degree in Dance and Choreography at Falmouth University and took further performance training in Hungary. She has performed professionally in a variety of outdoor and stage productions, some highlights include: Grief is the thing with feathers with Beyond Words Dance Theatre, The Hundreds Opening performance at Edgbaston Stadium with Sonia Sabri Company and the Opening Ceremony at the 2022 Commonwealth Games with Corey Baker.

Holly found her passion for working in inclusive dance in 2023 when introduced to an Anjali summer intensive and has since worked with the main company as a creative assistant. She has also worked with inclusive groups such as Critical Mass, Future Shift and Care 2 Dance. Holly teaches professional level with Brum Pro Class and Dance Co-operative Birmingham, as well as primary level to older adults with Move & Connect C.I.C which she is co-director of.

She loves sharing her enthusiasm for dance with a wide range of ages and abilities and continues to expand to more schools and residential homes. Holly believes that dance is a powerful force that should be encouraged in every setting as it builds connections and improves our physical and mental wellbeing.
